During the months of July and August, most of our staff is on vacation, and the church office is closed. In the spirit of our shared ministry, volunteers are regularly checking phone messages at 797-7240 and emails sent to the office. If you are interested in making a connection to our church, we encourage you to come to our summer services, each Sunday at 10 a.m., where our members will welcome you and help you learn more about who we are.
Church Staff Summer Schedules:
Reverend Myke Johnson
Rev. Myke Johnson is on vacation and study leave in July and August. If you have a pastoral concern, you can leave a message at 797-7240, and one of our lay pastoral volunteers will return your call. They can put you in touch with a backup minister, and will be able to reach Rev. Myke in a critical emergency. Rev. Myke will return to the office the last week of August, and resume preaching at our September 7th services. We invite you to read more about Reverend Myke!
Robin Lea, Director of Religious Education
Robin Lea is away during July, and will be back in the office after August 7th to prepare for the opening of our Religious Education program on September 7th. Messages may be left for her in August at 797-7240. Please read more about Robin and our RE program!
Dale Churchill, Director of Music
Dale Churchill is away during July and August Sundays, and will return for our September 7th services. He will be in Portland some weekdays, and can be reached by email if you have questions. You can read more about Dale and our music program!
Office Hours
Our Church Secretary, Mary Johnson will return for regular office hours in September,
every weekday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Our Sexton (custodian), Steve Zimmerman is on duty for most of the summer. His work schedule varies, and he will be available for building use, maintenance projects and rentals. He can be contacted by email.
