Outreach & Communications Allen Avenue Unitarian Universalist Church Portland, Maine

The overarching goal of the Outreach and Communications Committee is to develop and enhance all areas of our communications in order to more widely share our values and grow our community.

In particular, we strive to:

1. Make our name, values and messages as widely known in the community as possible.

2. Bring visitors in the door to experience this church.

3. Assist other committees and event coordinators in their efforts to articulate our values and messages, although each group is in charge of disseminating their own publicity and communications about their activities.

That is, the Outreach and Communications Committee is not the conduit for all publicity efforts, but rather a resource to help others in their publicity and communication efforts. The committee is actively seeking new members to join them!
