On the third Saturday of each month, from 9:30 AM to noon, via Zoom to talk about the challenges, concerns, revelations and perplexities of “the third third” of life. We’re a self-led group, and sometimes our agenda is simply thoughtful consideration of a topic which arises as we check-in in turn around the circle. But most often someone at the prior meeting offers to bring a topic for discussion and serves as our facilitator.
At this month’s Elder Salon meeting, we’ll explore hospice as an end of life option. If you were in control of your last months of life, what would you want? During our time together we’ll take a closer look at the hospice option: what it is, who pays, family conversations, and more.
We warmly welcome new members to our group. So please feel free to join us Saturday morning — and bring along a friend or partner who may also be interested in learning more about this topic.
