Children and Youth
At Allen Avenue Unitarian Universalist church (A2U2) the children, youth and their families are an integral part of our Beloved Community. Children are welcome participants in worship services and throughout church life.
Our classes build connections between children, their peers, and adult leaders in the congregation. Children in our Religious Education (RE) program explore:
- Unitarian Universalism identity & theology
- Unitarian Universalism’s Christian & Jewish heritage
- World faiths
- Relationships and sexuality education in our faith
- Social justice
- Environmental sustainability
In addition, we offer many other ways for families to be connected and involved.
We hope that your family will consider visiting our church to see if our community feels like the right spiritual home for you.
The RE program runs from September through mid- June.
Please contact the Director of Religious Education for more information.
