Are We Any More or Less RESILIENT Because We Are UUs?

Today, we are confronted with trauma generated from events out of our control. As a result, we may struggle with grief or anxiety, depression, fear, and longer-term effects. We’ll discuss relevant emotional intelligent variables and reflections observed in our congregation.

The service will include open participation on the topic.

We will have music from a guest violinist, Heather Kahn, and a reading and
reflection from Ben Wilson.

Clay Atkinson and his wife Ann Packard have been Unitarian Universalists since 1982. They’ve been members of A2U2 since 2005, when they moved to Portland. Clay has been Board President and is involved in other church-related activities. Retired, Clay is now active in the Portland community. He has a passion for the topic of emotional intelligence. He’s also a writer and photographer.

This will be a single indoor service at 10 AM.

Masks are now optional, but recommended.
