Climate change presents the greatest challenge the human species has ever faced. The unrestrained burning of fossil fuels during the past decades has unleashed a host of threats, and those most impacted will be the least responsible. Will those of us with more resources respond with love and compassion? Will we take responsibility by sharing what we have and welcoming those displaced by climate disasters? During this service we’ll look at these questions. We’ll also consider how our Unitarian Universalist principles provide a spiritual foundation as we strive for an equitable and just transition to a lower carbon world.
