Life Is a Garden

Gardening provides a “rich soil” for metaphor and wisdom. In this service we’ll gather to celebrate lessons and inspirations from growing things, using song, poetry and shared anecdotes. An important part of this will be show-and-tell contributions from your own gardens – a chance to exchange surplus (veggies or cut flowers), show off the stars of your garden (photos too), and share some horticultural stories.

John Howard jumps in and out of a myriad of church activities and committees for the past 21 years. He is mostly retired from house painting but may have to go back to work just to rest up from volunteer busy-ness.

This will be a single indoor service at 10 AM.

Masks are now optional, but encouraged.

You can download the Order of Service here, and lyrics for the hymn here.

The service will be streamed live via Zoom, using this link.
