Managing Anger as a Spiritual Journey

In the spirit of harmony at home, and world peace, Jane Prairie plans to share a lighthearted tool for managing emotions that she’s been teaching professionally for over 25 years. She calls it “Hot Potato Rage.” Lofty goals! Keith Prairie will chime in on hammered dulcimer, and there may be some special guest appearances.

Jane Prairie has been a member at A2U2 for about 20 years, and has been a clinical social worker for over 30 years. She is passionate about the spiritual benefit of healthy expression of emotions and looks forward to conversations with you about it.
