Practicing Mindfulness in the Tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh: Moment by Moment, Breath by Breath

Come for a meditative service on mindfulness and learn how you can apply it to your daily life. We will focus on the present moment and “stepping in where we are,” without judgment. We will also touch upon impermanence and how the pandemic has highlighted this deeper reality.

This service will be presented by Chelsea Ray. Chelsea has been a student of different yoga traditions for more than 25 years and has studied mindfulness in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh for the past 11 years, including attending a week-long retreat in Plum Village in France and at Blue Cliff Monastery in New York. She is currently a member of the Open Heart Sangha, a meditation group in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
