Many of us may regard ours as a disenchanted world, and/or we may feel personally disenchanted. In this service, we will consider the ideas of enchantment, disenchantment, and re-enchantment in our daily lives and on our spiritual journeys.

Amos Liston (AKA Amy) is a final-year student at the Chaplaincy Institute of Maine (ChIME), Portland’s interfaith seminary. She recently retired from a career as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and before that worked as a writer and dictionary editor.

Rev. Abby Hall Luca is a Certified Professional Midwife at Red Roots Midwifery and she offers companioning as an Interfaith Chaplain through her virtual practice The Hearth Chaplain. She lives with partner Stephen and black cat Banksy on unceded Abenaki land now called Fryeburg, Maine, at the foothills of the White Mountains.
