A sitcom isn’t where you would normally expect to consider what it means to be a good person, but The Good Place does just that. In its four seasons, it explored questions such as, “What does it mean to be a good person?” and “Why should you try to be a better person?” This service will reflect on those questions and how they connect to Unitarian Universalism.
Erica Bartlett will present the service. Erica is a long-time member of Allen Avenue and the Worship Committee. She enjoys thought-provoking shows, as well as reading, going for walks, playing with her cats, and baking.
The service will be pre-recorded; here is the link to the service. (Please note that the service is 38 minutes long.)
A Virtual Coffee Hour will follow the service at 10:45 AM. Here is the link to the Coffee Hour.
