What we keep, why we keep it, and how to ask us to let it go.

How we handle your information

A2U2 collects only what you hand us: the name and contact details you put on the Welcome Form, the giving and sign-up information you enter in Breeze, our member database, and your email address if you ask for the weekly newsletter. We use it to run the congregation – to welcome you, keep you in the loop, and record your gifts.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it outside the church except where a service like Breeze needs it to do the job you asked it to do.

This website is built to leave you alone. Our pages set no advertising cookies and show no advertising of our own. To know whether people are finding what they came for, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which tallies pages and referrers without cookies and without anything that could identify you.

Videos show a preview image served by this website. YouTube loads only when you choose to play a video, using its privacy-enhanced player. Playing a video connects your browser to YouTube, which processes information under Google’s privacy policy and may show advertising. You can read the accompanying transcript without loading YouTube.

You can ask to see what we have, correct it, or be taken off our lists at any time. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it.

Our Sunday services are recorded and posted to YouTube. Before posting, videos are edited to remove the personal sharing of Joys and Sorrows and other personal elements, including anything with minors. If you’d like to make sure you don’t appear on screen, let our Minister or the tech volunteer know before or after the service.
