Executive Summary

We offer this report on the results of our interview sessions held August through November 2017.  This review is intended to celebrate our successes as well as to encourage us toward improvement.  The Committee on Ministry completed 11 structured interview sessions to support the Triennial Ministerial Review, including those listed, compiled and analyzed in the documents listed below:

• Narrative report
• Analysis of Adaptive Issues
• Compiled results
• Adaptive vs. Technical Issues

The findings from this review will be the starting point for the House Meetings which will be held in early 2019. Dates and locations for these meetings will be posted when determined.
