“How to Age Exuberantly” is the topic of this month’s Elder Salon. Can you be young upstairs even if your joints creak? How can you experience joy with tears in your eyes? Each of us ages differently — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. When talking about aging, however, one seldom hears the word “exuberant.” On Saturday we’ll explore how we might change this. So I hope you’ll please join us tomorrow morning — in person, or on Zoom.
