Dear Church,

I’ll be brief this week in my writing. It has been a season of many words… Annual Reports, Board Reports, staff evaluations, self-evaluations, and more. So instead, I have photos!

The photographs are a few of many gorgeous dark red sand dollars I encountered on a long beach walk last weekend. Getting up close and proximate with these little creatures was an experience of wonder and awe in the face of the magic of this Earth. Their design and color, the way they move through the sand. Often when I’m out of words, I go outside. Nature speaks enough for all of us!
